As soon as you can. Holiday dates are limited and fill weeks ahead.

Do you do Thanksgiving catering, or only cook on-site?

Everything is cooked on-site in your kitchen and served by Tien, so it arrives at the table hot instead of in foil pans. For big Friendsgivings, family-style platters keep a crowd of 25 or more moving.

Can you cook for a large group?
