Tien grew up at a family table where Vietnamese tradition met All-American cooking. His Vietnamese-inspired menus are personal: familiar flavors like lemongrass, fish sauce caramel and fresh herbs, served as a refined dinner.
These aren’t takeout classics. Tien takes the dishes he grew up with and plates them for a dinner party: crisp, herb-heavy, balanced between sweet, salty, sour and spicy, and easy to share family-style.
