About Ironwood Country Club

Ironwood is a member-owned club in the south Palm Desert hills, with two courses modernized by John Fought.

Members and guests here entertain often, especially during the January-to-April season. A private chef at home is the easiest way to host a post-round dinner, a season-opening party or a visit from family without a restaurant reservation.

What we cook for Ironwood Country Club homes

After-golf dinners. Relaxed family-style spreads or plated courses on your patio.

How does Tien get through the gate?

Just add Tien’s Table to your guest list the way you would for any guest or vendor. He checks in at the gate and arrives with everything he needs.

Is Tien’s Table affiliated with the club?

No. Tien cooks in private residences within the community at the homeowner’s or guest’s invitation. Club dining rooms and club catering are run by the club itself.

Will you cook in a rental home here?

Yes. Vacation and seasonal rentals inside Ironwood Country Club are some of our favorite kitchens. If it has a working kitchen, we can cook there.

How far ahead should we book?

Two to four weeks for most dinners. During peak season (January to April) and tournament weeks, book as early as you can. Call or text 916-479-0287.
