Chef Tien Tran’s mission is to create dining experiences that offer both comfort and connection, where food becomes a shared language and the table becomes a place of belonging. Every experience is guided by the belief that meals should nourish not only the body, but the moment itself.
Growing up on the West Coast, learning to cook alongside his father, Chef Tien was shaped by a home where Vietnamese traditions met All-American cooking, always touched by a quiet French influence. Those early memories continue to define his approach today - food that feels personal, intentional, and rooted in family.
